Deavall Design was asked to design retail advertising and a promotional internal campaign to engage employees about Specsavers’ hearcare services in the South Wales region.
Working directly with the management team, an incentivised promotion was planned involving ‘golden tickets’ to be provided to staff as rewards for daily retail achievements throughout a one-month period.

Deavall Design designed the reward tickets and promotional posters with fast turnaround. I also provided the print management to produce the campaign material.
Results:
Hearcare sales across the region experienced a record month in the following month, after the campaign to increase employee engagement. Sales increased by 43%.
Throughout the campaign, daily WhatsApp posts by staff showed their reactions to gaining a golden ticket (and their chances of winning), which amplified engagement levels.
At the end of the promotion, all tickets were entered into a raffle. The live draw were then shared across 10 stores in the region using video messaging via WhatsApp.
As well as promotional advertising campaigns, Deavall Design also provides other areas of design for print.
These include flyers, business cards for staff, and external signage to help promote their brand awareness in South Wales.
